JOB TITLE: Scrum Master

JOB DUTIES:
Guide team through development process per agile scrum practices. Manage project timelines. Schedule meetings to discuss issues and ensure project stays on track. Document project requirements and proposals, status reports. Keep clients apprised of project progress. Protect team from external interference and eliminate distractions. Ensure communications amongst stakeholders. Devise solutions to issues and solicit the same from team members. Ensure proper collaboration/coordination happens amongst the team. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. Utilize the following tools and technologies: JIRA, MS Access, Microsoft.net, MS Project.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Position requires a Master’s Degree in Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or Related field and twelve (12) months of experience. One (1) year experience must have included: JIRA, MS Access, Microsoft.net, MS Project. Travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required.
